"Pricing- company can offer at lowest or can establish superiority through higher prices" How can company gain competitive advantage through lowest price in differentiation? Differentiation always enable a company to charge premium price

Well written. Adding to this: Section is parah number of the Act. If a section has a base line, then the sub points are clauses - they are not linked to each other. Like Section 2 of Companies Act mentions "In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,â??" Then (1) (2) .... definitions are mentioned. These would be sub-clauses, as section has a base line. Section 1 directly starts with (1) (2) ... These are inter-linked and are sub-sections. Sub-clauses are sub-points of clause

What are the consequences?? My pricipal has no issues as I'm in ending period of articles... the mcom classes are 8-1pm.. Can i do both simultaneously.? I will not upload 112 Form as icai may reject it. But still can i do? What are the consequences of doing both without uploading form 112? Little urgent. Please guide me. Thanks in advance.

In the Emerson's Efficiency System how do we calculate the bonus of the efficiency level falls in second category of 66.67-100% efficiency level as in the module it is written that bonus varies between 0.01%-20% what if efficiency is 70% then what would be the bonus? How to calculate the bonus, what does it mean that bonus lies between 0.01%-20%?
