Reference Section 194 IA Deduct TDS @ 1% if the consideration is greater than or equal to Rs. 50 Lakhs But during the period 14/05/2020 to 31/03/2021 - TDS rates were reduced. Applicable TDS rate is 0.75% On 2.1 crores - deduct 1% = Rs. 2,10,000 On Rs. 58 Lakhs - deduct 0.75% - Rs. 43,500 Total TDS - Rs. 2,53,500
