Example 36(i) ..why notice of dishonour is not required

latest answer

Because in both cases , the drawer of the bill/cheque already know that the instrument is or will be dishonoured. In case of cheque, the drawer drew cheque knowing there was less balance and would be dihonoured. In case of Bill, the drawer himself informs the holder that instrument will be dishonoured. Notice of dishonour is needed when drawer may not be knowing about the possibility of dishonour.

Section 157

Corporate & Other Laws

answered on 20-Oct-22 19:20

Mam if party had not specified about special property or even say Banta had to show up that castor oil in exhibition, if such specifications were not expressly said will Section 73 apply in that. This may be over analysis but I have doubt whether section 157 will apply or section 73.

latest answer

Lets carefully read the section for deeper understanding. Sec 157 : If the bailee, without the consent of the bailor, mixes the goods of the bailor with his own goods in such a manner that it is impossible to separate the goods bailed from the other goods and deliver them back, the bailor is entitled to be compensated by the bailee for the loss of the goods. From the understanding of the section, it is irrelevant whether the bailor has specified or not about the high value of the goods. What we need to see is that if the goods are inseparable and mixed without the consent of bailor, then the bailee will have to compensate.

In this question how to calculate the bonus shares ratio

latest answer

Ok fine In order to issue bonus shares first of all we need to ensure the equity shares are fully paid So if theres any un paid shares then we need to assume the payment for such shares has been received and bonus shares can be allotted for such shares Ok in the same ratio refers to If u re having 1 share in existence then u will be allotted 1 bonus shares Nothing but 1:1 ratio
