Goods at branch is cost + 25% Opening stock at branch = 30,000 Stock reserve = 30,000*25/125=6000

It is not to be taken into account in cost sheet because cost sheet doesn't include financial items.

Here shouldn't I get cost of sales when I have computed as per unit. Why am I getting this difference Illustration 1 of SM If I multiply 101.25* 3600 I should get cost of sales right?

Excerpts from icai material " under WMA/OD RBI lends to Govt it results in generation of excess reserve(excess balance of bank with RBI) The excess reserve thus created can potentially lead to increase in money supply" But Excess reserve are held by Banks ,do not keep with RBI. So,How can RBI lend to Govt.?
