Guys furnishing of GSTR 3 is omitted right? On this page Persons required to furnish under section 39 is also there ,is that also omitted? Is Section 39(9) also omitted?

latest answer

Section 39 is still in force. However, there is no return known as GSTR 3 instead monthly return is filed in Form GSTR 3B by 20th of next month for persons who have not opted for QRMP. For those who opted for QRMP, GSTR 3B is to be filed on quarterly basis.
