Should we really give 2 months for revision. What is the difference where if I do cumulative revision along with subject and by the time I do lets say it is revised 5 to 6 times before exam. Then what is the point of keeping revision slot for 2 months before exams? Say even if I finish my classes with all the classes within decent amount of time and do cumulative revision and which includes writing mocks then what does the revision slot serve its purpose? Cause this I felt when I was reading law where I prepared my notes and did revision of that chapter once then after 3 weeks I forgot 60% of concepts. Revision was done only once cause of keeping priority of 2 months for revision and then obviously we can't finish 8 sub before 2 months of exam. I think I will feel the subject new itself if I don't revise 3 to 4 times now itself. (Note: This doesn't hold good if ur approach is to refer marathons and revisions. Except that if anyone have any suggestions please drop it down below including moderators) I was prioritising revision of 2 months and this was my point of view.

Yeah sir keeping goal of revision of 2 months is hampering my first reading. I understand well in class and also solve problems on my own which are not covered in class. But after 2weeks I forget those which I have done. So even if I recall frequently I think I will not be able to make total of 2 months as seperate slot for revision. Like it would be nice to revise when I remember rather than revising when I forget. Or I need to refer some revision classes. For most of it especially theory except auditing revision sessions are there. Even I can make use of that. Let me find out what suits the most

What is the difference between reconstruction ordered by court & not by court

latest answer

Not by court is nothing but voluntary reconstruction So company on its own thinks to make internal reconstruction But in case of an order by law Tribunal orders the company to make internal reconstruction So basically diff between internal reconstruction and external reconstruction is in case of external reconstruction reconstruction takes place externally that means some sort of mergers, acquisitions, take overs comes under this criteria But in case of interna reconstruction rights of share holders and creditors will be changed nothing but reconstruction takes place internally
