Turnover of the manufacturer or restaurant provider includes all taxable and exempt supplies.But for trader ,exempt supply is not included for turnover computation

can esop be paid in installment?? and what if the employee retires before last installment is paid??

ESOP is not paid. There can be graded vesting and also graded subscription. Once vested, termination of employment does not impact.
