If a person withdraws money from ATM and gets Fake Notes. His notes gets replaced by the bank if they are not more than 5. If they are more than 5 then with Police Complain we can recover the money. Is the person entitled to receive penalty from Bank for Breach of Contract? Or something like thatâ?¦ If yes how much â?¦

The person receiving fake currency notes is only entitled to the refund of the money he has withdrawn, he is not entitled to receive any penalty from the bank. However, if the bank is found guilty RBI will penalize the bank for circulation of fake currency notes.

If buyer purchases a Phone from Chor Bazar in good faith. But later the real owner complains to police and seizes the phone from the buyer who bought it from thief. As per Sales of Goods Actâ?¦ will The Title of Goods pass from Theif to Buyer if he buys the phone from chor bazar in good faith.

The economic system followed by India after independence .............( Socialism/ mixedism ) In study material ( MCQ) the answer is given as mixedism .... but in theory part it is given as- after independence india had been a socialistic economy till 1991 and the advent of LPG reforms made it mixed economy... Then what would be the answer
