What is Sec 56(2)(x) ?if the amount is received by non-relative exceeding Rs.50000 it will be chargeable to tax on the minor or his parents?here ,10000 is less than rs.50000 though taxable.

Ex. My aunt she was visiting india and having income (excluding income from foreing sources ) > 15 L Senario 1. She stayed in india for 184 days Now, if she wants to remain RNOR she has to stay < 182 days . My doubt was why 182 days what if she stays more than 182 days How she will become ROR if she stays for >182 days .is thier any logic or only as per provision have to follow

This is a case of bilateral mistake wherein both the parties are mistaken about the existence of subject matter of the contract. For the provision part, the provision of bilateral mistake can be written and for analysis just a brief analysis of the case has to be written. And conclusion should state that the contract is void as it is not possible to perform the same.
