Why there is a need of separate legal entity ? What's the importance of separate legal entity? What happen if there is no concept of separate legal entity?

Also it company gets benefits such as to own property on its name, sue or being sued in its own name rather than the owner's name. Because of separate entity the shareholders are neither the owners of company's assets nor they any right over than assets.

Friends ,only costing subject seems to me very difficult ...so my assumption can I covered these following chapters is enough to boost in costing 1. Material cost 2. Cost sheet 3. Employee cost 4. Standard costing 5. Marginal costing 6. Budgeting... And theories These is completely ok???

Sales units 24000 units and production/produced units 28500 , why in this question production taken as 24000 equal to sales units?

We do not know the number of units of raw materials purchased. Total cost of raw materials is Rs. 1,44,000 per annum. It was given credit availed from suppliers is 2 months. i.e., Rs. 24,000
