Whenever we go to any general Store and we say khate mein likh Lena is that ledger account???

Khata - Means ledger or account. Actual word used is 'Bahi Khata' So when you say 'Khate main likh lena', it is basically buying on credit and the store owner will note in the account.

I dint understand why to determine earnings if an employee u deduct employees share of provident fund,but while determining employee cost for company u add both employees contributing and employers contribution to provident fund?

Raw material purchased, Produced and sold. GST E- Invoice made and Goods are send to buyers place in lorry. Lorry got fire accident before reach the buyer's place, all the goods are completely destroyed in fire (100%). In this situation as a seller can we take ITC credit for Raw material purchases?
