If a service rendered by Advocate to a company takes place, then company has to pay GST in RCM basis.. Am I right, If so, Then if a company secretary (Being a Professional advisor technically we can say Legal advisor on Company law related issues to the company) who is doing practice as well and if He/she is unregistered person, Services rendered by him to the Company will attract GST on RCM basis or Not??

In ADD if the answer of ADD is. 5 then we have to take next date or previous date For eg-ADD is 40.5 then we have to take ADD as 40 or 41
