I spent 50000 on my wife pre pregnancy treatment in last financial year. can i claim as deduction(medical expenditure)

Preventive health checkup deduction 5000, Health Expenses non senior citizen 25,000 u can claim (I doubt whether pre pregnacy treatment qualify for such expenses)

When we have deduction u/s 80ccd(2), how it is treated. Whether we first need to add with total income and then show it as deduction. If yes it would nit be having any benefit know.

First have to add in total income and then have a deduction. It means, indirectly, the assessee will not have to pay tax on that particular amount

Quorum was present while passing first 3 resolution but not while passing next 2 resolution. Will all 5 resolution considered null or just next 2 resolution?
