Is there any need to give compensation in case if breach of contract may arise.for eg. in example 1 or example 2(pic. is attached of ex.1 and 2)
latest answer
On the breach of contract, the suffering party may incur some damages arising naturally in the usual course of events. If the contract was breached he can claim compensation for such losses. A party to a contract might receive a notice of special circumstances affecting the contract. In such cases, if the contract is breached then he is liable for ordinary damages plus special damages.

Overheads
Costing

Why Overheads Are Estimated Before Starting Of Production Activity?
latest answer
The actual overheads incurred can only to determined only after the year is ended. However you have to sell your product throughout the year. It only logical that any businessman will also recover his overhead cost from the customer. The customers pay the price of the product which must include the overhead cost as well. There is not problem in case of direct cost as it can be easily determined. However in case of overheads i. e. the common cost can only be determined at the end of the year. So to recover this cost you have to estimate the figure in order to include it in the cost of the product.

For finding market share as per Walter's model ,they haven't found out present value of dividend ,this is wrong right? For Gordon, they haven't found D1 ,they have used D0 in formula ,this is wrong it should be D1/kÄ?-g.That means d0+g=d1 ,they haven't found out d1.This is wrong?
latest answer
Yes...this is wrong
