For finding market share as per Walter's model ,they haven't found out present value of dividend ,this is wrong right? For Gordon,they haven't found D1 ,they have used D0 in formula ,this is wrong it should be D1/kÄ?-g.That means d0+g=d1 ,they haven't found out d1.This is wrong?

Gdp at market price only includes domestic income,so Income earned by foreign brands like apple operating within the country would not be considered while calculating it right. Whereas Gnp at market price includes domestic +foreign income earned by residents from abroad and also the income of foreign company's operating in India to the extent of income generated by them in India and so apple's income would also be included in Gnp right?
