Sir ....becse of my supplier i didn't take credit in March month i sold that goods in March month itself ... Now it is nov . supplier has included my invoice in nov month That time to time limit fir availment of credit is expired Should I pay anything to the govt ????

Credit can be claimed only if it is reflecting in GSTR 2B. Was the credit reflecting in March ? If yes then no concern.

In case there are 60 members whose aggregate paid up share capital is less than 10% then are all the 60 memebers allowed to get proxy or only 50 members out of the 60 are allowed to get proxy

As per Rule 19(2) A person can act as proxy on behalf of members not exceeding fifty and holding in the aggregate not more than ten percent of the total share capital of the company carrying voting rights: For a single member to be a proxy then both the conditions should be fulfilled So one member can be the proxy for 50 members in the given case
