Input gst 50% scheme for nbfcs

I have dounbt....as per the 50% scheme it is only possible to.claim the 50% of itc on services and capital goods brought..so the 50% will lapse as per rule 3 of itc.. My question is...is it possible to consider the lapsed portion in the cost of aquisition of goods

Given here is the relationship between two variables, x and u where u + 3x = 10. Similarly, the relationship between the other two variables, y, and v where 2y + 5v = 25. The coefficient of y on x is 0.80. Furthermore, what will be the coefficient on v on u? Can someone pls give the detailed solution?
