H is the payee of the bill. C steals and forges this bill for a consideration to D (bought it in good faith). Whether D is HDC or not

Forgery in nullity in case the original sign of acceptor on the instrument is forged. In such situation, instrument will not bind the parties. However, if the endorsement is forged, HIDC principle shall apply. It will not make the instument void.

The word one state SGST to another state SGST means, here Inter State supply concept is arising. So Interstate supply - IGST is applicable. Therefore SGST canot be utilised.

If we have to find unit cost and total cost, whether we can find the total cost first and at last divide it by number of units to get unit cost? Because in ICAI material, they found out unit cost for each cost firsr and at last multiplying it by number of units to get the total cost. Whether we should follow that method only?
