crystalisation of chrges under liquidation. only the assets which has been pledged as charges sd b crystalised or all the assets in the company

Crystallization means converting floating charge to fixed charge so only assets which are under charge are Crystallized

Find the rate of interest if the amount owed after 6 months is 1050,borrowed amount being 1000...Can anyone solve using PTR/100 Formula

I = Pit A-P = Pit 1050-1000 = 1000 x i x 0.5 50 = 1000 x i x 0.5 i = 0.10 Rate of interest will be 10%.

If father transfered an asset to his minor child for inadequate consideration, whether the income from that asset to be cludded in the hands of father or in the hands of a parent who has greater other income?

Section 27(i) states "an individual who transfers otherwise than for adequate consideration any house property to his or her spouse, not being a transfer in connection with an agreement to live apart, or to a minor child not being a married daughter, shall be deemed to be the owner of the house property so transferred;" Sec 64(1)(iv) states "subject to the provisions of clause (i) of section 27, to the spouse of such individual from assets transferred directly or indirectly to the spouse by such individual otherwise than for adequate consideration or in connection with an agreement to live apart ;" So if transfer to minor (not being a married daughter) will be considered as house property of transferor

I am a Nov 21 student giving May 22 attempt, Apart from the following ammendments is there any other changes from Nov 21 attempt 1) Interest on Employers contribution to RPF/SAF/Pension fund in excess of 7.5L 2)Section 50B 3)Tds ammendment -194P,Q 4)return of income ammendment So apart from the above 4 is there any other changes that has to be made in Nov 21 book??
