If in a question, 10L face value shares are going to be bought back. The company issues shares under Employees Stock Option Plan for an amount of 3L. Here, CRR to be created is for 10L or 7L ?

If the company has unspent amount for more than one financial year, can that amounts be merged in the same unspent bank account or should we maintain a seperate account for each financial year

Yes, as long as it's an ongoing project and max duration is 3 years except the year in which project started.
