RCM

Indirect Taxation

answered on 25-Apr-22 14:14

Say my understanding is correct or not? 1.Tax payable under RCM can be paid only by electronic cash ledger (since it was not output tax, ITC cannot be used to set of tax liable to be pay under RCM). 2. If the above said tax was paid, then it can be availed as ITC and such can be use to pay output tax liability provided such goods or services or both are used or intended to be used in the course of furtherance of business. If i understand anything wrong please rectify me.

latest answer

It is correct. First we have to pay using cash ledger and then again claim ITC and use it for payment of output tax.

Why this qsn is focusing on issuing Newly transferred share certificate...? While there is another actual qsn about "private co. Having restrictions on transferring shares " ....!! Why did they jump off to issue related to issuing certificate by leaving the matter of restrictions in private companies..?? Image1&2
