latest answer

Yes Sec 2(64) defines â??paid-up share capitalâ?? or â??share capital paid-upâ?? means such aggregate amount of money credited as paid-up as is equivalent to the amount received as paid-up in respect of shares issued and also includes any amount credited as paid-up in respect of shares of the company, but does not include any other amount received in respect of such shares, by whatever name called; Neither does it restrict to equity nor does it exclude preference

Ultimate beneficiary is the end beneficiary of the source transaction. A financial intermediary refers to an institution that acts as a middleman between two parties in order to facilitate a financial transaction. Amendments in Audit Report Rules and Accounts Rules require the following new disclosures regarding camouflaged lending or investment, that is, where out-bound or inbound loans, advances and investments are intended to be routed through an entity (who works as a channel/ conduit), masking the identity of the ultimate beneficiary. These transactions are undertaken by a company for some identified beneficiary. They do not take place between the company and the ultimate beneficiary directly, but is masked by the inclusion of an intermediary acting as a conduit entity (an entity acting on the instructions of the company for channelizing the funds to any other entity identified by the company).

Auditing

answered on 23-Apr-22 21:03

Although written representations provide necessary audit evidence, they do not provide sufficient appropriate audit evidence on their own about any of the matters with which they deal. Furthermore, the fact that management has provided reliable written representations does not affect the nature or extent of other audit evidence that the auditor obtains about the fulfillment of managementâ??s responsibilities, or about specific assertions. I need the explaination of sentence from furthermore pls explain briefly if possible through example
