Enternchment provision

Corporate & Other Laws

answered on 22-Apr-22 11:24

Can anyone explain in gist the meaning of this provision ???

latest answer

For example if any resolution is passed and let us say it must need 75 % acceptance and if this clause isn't there in articles then if 75 % is satisfied resolution is passed If entranchment clause is there then then for passing this resolution it would be more restrictive 75 % acceptance isn't sufficient
