Time of supply - 12(4) --- TDS in case of vouchers

Indirect Taxation

answered on 28-Mar-22 20:24

In case of where supply is identifiable ----- time of supply is "date of issue of voucher". Let us assume time of supply be 10th January & By 20th of February, GST has to be paid to the Government. Doubt: In this case, what if the voucher is not redeemed?
