Hello sir, I have a doubt about exam Declaration form for applying May 2022 attempt. Actually I am a CA inter student under direct entry, I have completed my 2 years and 3 months of articleship. Recently I have terminated from my office due to medical grounds. And the termination has also been approved. My question is in order to apply for upcoming May attempt exam how can I upload Declaration form. Because now I am not undergoing any articleship if I require to submit the declaration form then how can I get the same.

Here why we got TO CAPITAL ACCOUNT in cash or bank account and again why capital account balances are posted to credit of cash or bank account

This flows from capital accounts. The ones posted on debit side is the realisation loss which partners brought in. On the credit side, is the payment made to them finally

Medical facility reimbursed by the employer..... What treatment should I do? Whether I make fully taxable as nothing is mention about medical or Make fully exempt as reimbursed paid by employer?

Here below attached que For point of view of p ltd. As on 31/3/18 rate become 65 from 68 So its gain for p ltd ( creditor ) Right?? Then why should they write loss of re - translation in answer? Correct me if i m wrong. Que - RTP nov 2018
