In case of death/insolvency which would dissolve partnership or firm.

The partnership continues in both the situations unless something other terms are agreed upon by the partners. We do not call it reconstitution in these cases, it is just continuance of partnership with remaining partners.

Suppose my tax liability of July month is pending and while filling return of Aug in month of September I have to pay 20000 towards July liability and 10000 towards Aug liability and I have 50000 of ITC but... before/on 20 Aug i.e due date of filing return for July I had only 10000 in my ele cr ledger (ITC) ... on what amt I have to pay interest if all tax liability I.e 40000 paid through electronic credit ledger

SIR IN PART B, THE ACTUAL REASON FOR ADDING THE NPV OF PROJECT IN TERP AND IN PART D IN CASE OF PUBLIC ISSUE WHY THE SHARE COUNT IS NOT INCREASED FROM 50 TO 100 CRORES AND WHY SUBSCRIPTION AMOUNT OF 150 CRORES ARE NOT ADDED. KINDLY SOLVE THIS DOUBT SIR.

Sir since the dividend is declared for the year ended 31st March 2001 but dividend is also calculated even for the shares that are purchased on 1st June 2001 and such dividend is adjusted in current year cost . generally it should be adjusted for the next year but y they have adjusted for the current year . Please tel me the reason sir

The 75 lakhs was fully financed by debt which bears intrest rate of 8 % So, 75lakhs * 8%= 6lakhs

In AS-11 we have additional old amendment, in that we can transfer for the forex fluctuation amout to the FCMITD account for non depressible assets. Here when we will transfer the amount to p & l? If we transfer the amount by year end. at what portion we should transfer and to which account we should transfer?

Sir I appeared ca final both groups in Dec 21 attempt got Exemption in Paper 6D but failed in both the groups. But In May 22 attempt I am planning to write Group 1 only. My doubt is While applying for Examination form Apply Both Groups for to eligible for Exemption ? or applying for one group 1 is enough? In case I already applied for Exam form Group 1 only Is there any changes to do further?
