Citizenship comes with birth or state's approval. Residential status is determined based on the duration in a country. A citizen may not be a resident in the same country. In comparison with this, an individual being a citizen of a foreign country may still be an Indian citizen. The state of residence must be renewed from time to time, even if the person retains the same status for life. If a person residing in a country leaves for a long period of time, their resident status will change; since to maintain the status of residence it is necessary that the person live within the country in which he claims to have it.

What if total advance tax paid is greater than total advance tax payable,and shortfall instalment payment is also available!Is intrest charge U/S 234( C/B)applicable for that short fall installment or not?

Limit under Companies act is 20. Here there is no upper limit for Small,Dormant,OPC and Pvt ltd companies with PC less than 100 crore. ICAI limit is 30 including all companies subject to 20 limit under companies act.

I have made the payment of fee and got the pdf of exam registration form. But I am not getting the photos and signature in that. So that I will get attested that form after affixes the photos and signature from ICAI member. My doubt is that what should I do after completing the attestation of the exam registration form. I request the faculties to help me as soon as possible.
