In December, 2017 AB Co.'s share was sold for Rs. 146 per share. A long term earnings growth rate of 7.5% is anticipated. AB Co. is expected to pay dividend of Rs. 3.36 per share. i) Determine rate of return an investor can expect to earn assuming that dividends are expected to grow along with earnings at 7.5% per year in perpetuity? ii) It is expected that AB Co. will earn about 10% on book Equity and shall retain 60% of earnings. In this case, whether, there would be any change in growth rate and cost of Equity? Analyse.

Sir can u please explain what is exhaustive and inclusive in law
latest answer
Exhaustive definition is one which is complete in itself and includes everything. The meaning of the term defined is restricted to the meaning given in the definition. Basically it cannot include anything other than what has been specifically stated in the definition. Inclusive definition on the other hand is not restrictive in nature, it gives a general description or certain inclusions in the definition.

what is difference share holders and Directors and ,who is the owner of the company share holder or Directors and who having more power in the company
latest answer
Share holders - who hold shares in the company. Directors - who run the company on behalf of other shareholders. Directors may or may not be shareholders - like we have some independen directors on the Board. It's not the matter of power as such. Certain things directors can take with Board resolution itself while for few shareholders approavl is also required. Overall, shareholders have the right to appoint, remove directors - so shareholders being owners are more powerful.

Explain those 2 points with an example.
latest answer
Objective of SA 315 is to identify and asses risks of material misstatements. Out of total identified risk areas, few could be highly risky. Such higher risks of material misstatements shall be considered for determining Key audit matters under SA-701. For example auditor has identified 10 areas of risks of material misstatements, and 2 out of 10 are identified high risky then such 2 shall be considered for KAM. Similarly few items of financial statements are based on managements judgements or estimates. And auditor may identify few management judgments are having high estimation uncertainty, such identified areas should also be considered for determining KAM
