Can anyone help me please, my friend had cleared foundation exam and while doing inter registration there was only direct entry route ,by mistake she selected the same and now it can't be changed! Can anyone know how to solve it please help

What kind of audit is said as statutory audit ?how does internal audit is different from it? As in internal audit we shall verify all laws? Can anyone explain with example?

Internal audit is carried out internally at the behest of the Management and different from External or Statutory Audit. Generally the scope is defined by management in internal audit where as in statutory audit duties of auditor, reporting requirements are given by the acts. Bank statutory audit mandated by RBI, Audit required to be done as per companies act or Income tax act are examples for statutory audit.

If ICAI ask questions like essential elements of valid contract What should I write? If these is enough 1) Agreements 2) Free consent 3) Capacity of the parties 4) Lawful consideration 5) Lawful Object 6) Not expressly declared to be void Or We should also write General essential elements of valid contract ?

1728= 12^3= (2^2x3)^3=(2^2x(root 3)^2)^3=(2root3)^6 So log1728 base 2root3 = log(2root 3)^6 base 2root 3= 6 log (2root 3) base (2 root 3) = 6

In Illustration 10(Sun Ltd), while calculating capital gearing ration, why are we not considering the current year undistributed profits in the reserves with opening balance in the denominator?

Because as per the question there is no indication to state that the BS is before transferring Profit to reserves. So in such case one makes an assumption that the Reserves account in the balance sheet as on 31/3 already accounts /has considered current year profit
