What is the meaning of 2nd paragraph?
latest answer
It means that the strategy will not always be perfect. It has to be made in a way where it is flexible. Also it tells that "strategy cannot be a substitute for management" which means that the strategy can be made by the management but it's the management of the organization that implements the strategy. In other words, it tells the importance of management in formulating and implementation of strategy.

For revocation of offer Offer can be revoked at any time before it comes to the knowledge of person to whom it was made Revocation of acceptance As against offeror: Acceptance can be revoked at any time before Acceptor accepts and sends letter of acceptance but not afterwards As against acceptor Acceptance can be revoked at any time before Letter of acceptance reaches offeror Can we write like this sir please advise me sir
latest answer
You have mixed two different points here. An offer can be revoked before its acceptance that is at any time before communication of acceptance is complete from the offeror's perspective. An acceptance may be revoked at any time before the communication of acceptance is complete as against the acceptor.

It is a fairly complicated answer - you can check the stack exchange link here https://stats.stackexchange.com/questions/147001/is-minimizing-squared-error-equivalent-to-minimizing-absolute-error-why-squared Simply put it ( SD) fits well with Normal distribution which is used in most aspects of finance - Options Pricing / Risk Management / VAR - concepts you will learn in CA Final SFM
