1)As I hv heard every CA shall generate udin after performing an audit is that true? 2) and why is like there is last date for generating UDIN for companies..?

And there is due date for generating UDIN in order to avoid issuing of back dated reports. So to ensure actual date of signing and date of sign mentioned in certificate are same we have this concept of last date to generate UDIN.

No, both conditions apply. As per Rule 19 of the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 A person can act as proxy on behalf of not more than 50 members and holding in aggregate not more than 10% of share capital with voting rights
