In Contract Service the receipts will pay GST @ 12% & the GST cost of Cement @ 28%. And some Excess Credit will be lying in Electronic Credit Ledger in GST. Can I apply for a Refund? - Practical Case Secanrio.

If the rate of tax on inputs is higher than rate of tax on output then its inverted duty structure and refund can be claimed.

Is tax audit applicable, if we opted out of Presumptive Taxation before completing 5 yrs, and if turnover within the limits.

Sir for 6a question I passed entires like j.e for ram shares Equity share capital a/c Dr . 1000 To equity share allotment a/c 200 To equity share first call a/c 300 To equity Share first and final call a/c 400 To forefiture shares 100. Will they give marks for it . Same procedure I followed for others also.

What is the difference between capital profit & revenue profit??

Capital profit - earned by selling assets, shares and debentures when Sale value > book value and face value. Revenue profit - earned in the ordinary course of the business i.e. sale of goods / services.

What are students supposed to do if there is no ICITSS batch in their branch? There is no batch in Goa at the moment and we are told that they will organise only if there are enough students. Should we go outside state to do our training ?

If an asset is used for part of a previous year and then discarded, will the insurance and repair charges on such asset be allowed as deduction?

Yes. Once the asset is put to use it forms part of block. Non utilisation later on is not going to restrict deduction
