What is the difference between s.140(4)" appointing auditor other than retiring auditor "& removal of auditor u/s.140(1)

140(1) states requirement for removal of an auditor before completion of term (1) auditor to be heard (2) approval from central govt, (3) special resolution required in general meeting 140(4) states - a special notice is required : for appointing someone new in place of existing auditor in an AGM OR for not appointing the existing auditor even though the term is not completed. Such activities considered special business need special notice in the AGM
