One approximate way to start is to compute the following value and take that as starting point. please note it may not work always but gives you an approximate starting point : (Sum of cash inflows - the sum of outflows)/ sum of inflows - you will get a number - use that number as discount ratio

Here srinath would become a deemed resident as per section 6(1A).deemed residents are always resident.but they are not ordinarily resident. Deemed resident are those whose income other those from foreign resource exceeds 15l during the py and also they should not be liable to pay any tax in other countries

Yes, solve by first simple formula. You may put a note: Alternatively, it may be computed by formula taking into consideration compound interest and then solve that if you got time, else simple note should suffice.
