I know there are 2 different AS AS 10 PPE and AS 19 Lease But depreciation will be accounted by lessor or lessee ???? And by following which AS ?? Kindly explain

If finance lease then depreciation is accounted by Lessee &in case of operating lease it will account by lessor As per my knowledge

Unabsorbed depreciation is considered as added to current period depreciation and treatment is given accordingly.

no member of a society other than a registered society can hold more than 20% of the shares capital or shares of the society worth more than Rupees one thousand. What is the meaning of the line(no member of a society other than registerd society) indirectly is he saying only it applies to unregistered society

19. Take stamp duty value as on date of agreement. Reduce brokerage. If period of holding is less than 24 months, do not index the COA and calculate the capital gain. 20. On or before the date of agreement, if payment was not made with account payee cheque or account payee bank draft or by use of ECS, take stamp duty value at the time of sale. Since period of holding is long term, take indexed COA.
