what if a car is fully depreciated but still is in use of the business and making a profit, then how the car will be shown on the balance sheet, and what will be its treatment?

Both are quite similar. The only difference is name removal/ strike off is easier, faster and less expensive as compared to winding up as it is suitable for those companies who had already stopped it's operations so just removal of the name of the company from the registrar is enough to cease it's existence.
