Sir could u explain the derivation of maximum stock level formula i.e - ROL+ROQ-(Min consumption *min lead time).
latest answer
Say ROL is 100 ROQ is 50 Min consumption is 5 Min lead time is 5 So once order is placed at ROL of 100 for 50 units, by the time order arrives (in fastest possible time with min consumption), 5x5 units would be consumed. So max stock level would be 100 + 50 - 25 = 125

We know there is a time limit within which SBO has to file a declaration. This parah was relevant at the time of commencement of SBO rules - not it is not relevant. It mentions that if individual becomes SBO or Significant Beneficial ownership changes within 90 days of commencement of SBO rules, than it would be assumed that change happened on the date of expiry of 90 days and thus, time period for filing of declaration will start therafter.
