What is difference between estimated net realisable apportionment method and constant gross margin method Why joint cost is different in both the cases

NRV - you are considering realisable value or the sales value. Under - Gross margin method you are estimating the relative cost by deducting gross margin.

Its simple.. Consider tax as a salary.. If actual tax paid is more than tax expense in p&l.. Then its a prepaid.. So it is tax asset And vise versa

Sir in this sir assume RER as 12500pm. But Can i also assume RER as 5000pm. Why iam asking this means... because sir in the next sum same like this question, take RER as the value which is lower comparatively

Commercial Properties has been Rented out, but GST Invoices not provided by the Landlord from past 3 Years. But the TDS has been deducted by the Tenants Does it will be any Issue further GST Compliances?? From FY 2021-22, Landlord is issuing GST Invoices to Tenants

If its residential property given for residential purpose then its exempt. However, GST would apply on commercial property. Accordingly, invoice must be given.

Party has Let out Commercial & Residential Buildings He will construct the building & Sell also 1) He is paying GST on Commercial buildings only 2) Whether on sale of buildings GST is applicable?? Party will purchase the land/ site and construct the building, after completion of building then he will sell it off Please reply

Hi Received Intimation under section 143(1) Section 234 A & 234 B, Defaults for late furnishing the return & Default for payment of Advance Tax . Received Rs. 3,20,000/- & 5,48,000/- intimation received for AY 2019-20 Whether we can submit condonation request for waive off Please do reply
