1.How bid ask spreads are high for longer duration bonds and what is meaning by bid ask spreads? 2.How credit spread narrow when brokers willing to provide capital? 3.In a example i am not clear how adequately compensating credit spread?

Longer the duration higher the risk and higher the list lower the liquidity. lower liquidity implies higher bid as spread When brokers provide capital liquidity increases which narrows bid ask spread ideal credit spread based on prob of default is 75 bps but actual spread based on market prices is 150 bps. so investor is getting greater return than what is indicated by prob of default. This implied credit spread is more than compensated

sir its given in the ques that delivery generally takes 6 days and can as much as take 10 days. so the wouldn't avg lead time be 6+10/2=8 days. why are we considering 6 days sir? [Video Time Stamp: 12:40]

Sir,In AS -19 Since the lease rentals are treated as expense in p&l and it does not enter into balance sheet of lessee due to leased asset returned to lessor after the lease period. therefore it does not affect the debt equity ratio if the given explanation is wrong can you correct me [Video Time Stamp: 06:24]

Sir the sentence Higher the Debt, Higher the leverage and higher the tax benefit . Here financial leverage denotes fixed cost that we incur for debt (i.e Intrest) Isn't correct [Video Time Stamp: 06:06]

sir its given in the ques that the grn-009 is entered on 13-01-20. so wouldn't we consider the goods received date also as 13-01 bcz you are considering 12-01 as the receipt date sir? [Video Time Stamp: 07:32]

There are two ways to count days. Either exclude date of order or date of delivery. For e.g. if you place order on 30th Dec 2019, 31st December is the 1st day and so on.

sir instead of reduce the accumulated depreciation of Rs.9000 from PPE why we are taken that too the retained earnings. usually we will take the difference of revalued value dep and the historical cost depreciation as retained earnings. and one more why we adding the decommissioning liability also to that retained earnings.if the decommissioning liability decreases we will reduce that from revaluation reserve or vise versa .so here why we are adding that decom.liability to that retained earnings.
