can any one please explain in simple language or words terms equity shares, preference shares, debentures and dividends

THese are covered in lectures. Equity shares represent the ultimate ownership of a company. Preference shares also represent ownership but a limited one. Debentures are like loans taken. Dividend is share of profit paid to share holders.

I have doubt in By product cost is deducted from total expenses. The selling price is rs.25 Selling price means cost plus profit , In the given question we have deducted the additional cost of rs.6000 and r.4000 If profit s in the selling price , we should also deduct rs. 5000 profit to arrive cost right? Y didnâ??t we

Whatever revenue is realised from sale of by product is reduced. Deduction of additional cost is to arriive at the NRV (Net realisable value including profit/loss) at spliit off point.

If a partner becomes insolvent, he is discharged From relationship with other partners ( partnership) from date of declaration from court. Is his share of goodwill and profit earned until that date along with capital provided by him is given to him ??

Insolvency means total liabilities > total assets (including the share from firm). The share would be given to the official receiver.

How to register for direct entry for ictss course

I am trying to first register for ipcc direct entry,then when I go to ictss available it shows only otprogrms are available at my location,but it shows article registration date,I have not started articleship because I have to complete first one month ictss program,why is there an article registration date in it program ,shud I first apply for ot or IT?

That is because normal loss is an expected loss. And abnormal loss is the loss more than the expected normal loss. That is why the damaged/lost stock is sold/salvaged as scrap to realise atleast a part of the value if possible.

So As per Soga payment or delivery does not define ownership..now even though your friend did not pay now he has to pay later.. price is important factor but it can be paid later also..so now in this case the ownership is transferred to us friend he is the owner
