In the image, I've highlighted a statement. What does it exactly mean? If a partner of a LLP wants to retire on 1st Jan, should he give a notice 30 days before 1st Jan? If that's the case, then is he liable for any activity of the LLP done during such 30 days ? DOES HE TAKE PART IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE LLP DURING THAT DAYS? PLEASE EXPLAIN!

What is the difference between realizable price method and replacement price method under market price method

latest answer

Under market Price method, the raw material can either be charged on the replacement price or the realizable price. The replacement price is used in case of the items which are held in stock for use in production, while realizable price is used in respect of the items which are kept in stock for sale.

Why indemnity contract covered only General Insurance neither Life insurance? Please explain?

latest answer

Indemnity contract compensates for the loss. Loss of life can't be compensated. It's just that a certain amount or services can help mitigate financial loss that happens because of death. But, it in no way makes good the loss which occurs because of death
