Becuase of consideration involved. Say it was for Bailee's benefit - Bailee hiring Bailor's car, Bailor's death should not effect Bailee's use

In the first sentence why is it auditor need to ENSURE that financial statements do not mislead anyone His duty is just to check whether management is fulfilling its duty or not right!!
