Sir, section 74A is an amendment which replaces section 73 and 74, could you please explain that section in a short video, though i have read about it but it will be better remembered once gone through the years, and as its an amendment to existing provision, it has chances to appear in upcoming attempts

Black Scholes formula - Problem 23 - Annual interest rate is 12%, call option is for 6 month, so shouldn't we compute revised risk free rate as 6% which is (12*6/12 half yearly

In this q, they have 2 lots of inventory - One to be sold under a contract and balance. If the carrying amount was 9, then would we compare NRV to Cost on the basis of each lot individually or for the inventory as a whole (in total)? [Video Time Stamp: 06:09]

sir in the c sub division of the first question, for checking whether the architect business can be paid under s.10(2a) why are we considering the turnover of hotel business? aren't they two different businesses? also for d sub division you said that answer won't change even if they start selling beauty products too. so is it that for the turnover limit of 50l we will consider both hair styling and beauty products for the subsequent fy sir? Respected sir /mam This is sowmya currently pursuing intermediate (whole time). Cleared foundation in 1st attempt and got struck with the loop of attempt in inter . This is my 3rd attempt and still not yet cleared the recent marks of mine is 45 in paper 1 44 in paper 2 31 in paper 3 45 in paper 4 32 in paper 5 44 in paper 6 I wrote g1 in jan 25 and g2 in may 25 and now preparing for g1 after completion of g2 exam and expected would clear by this attempt but I didn't. Now don't know whether to continue with g1 alone or go for g2 or both . Would I be able to complete both the grps in this time.what's the problem with me. Why couldn't able to clear even in the 3rd attempt. What is lacking (actually I got to know the length and language is not enough in theory while giving test series for g1 but couldn't understand what's the problem with practical) I knew the understand and able to explain if my friends asking for help but still then why can't I able to clear my exams. Please guide me in this regards

I have scored - paper 1 - 60, paper 2 - 67, paper 3 - 32, paper 4 - 46, paper 5 - 48 & paper 6 - 49....Grand total - 302... So i got exemption in paper 1 & 2, and has to reappear in remaining 4 papers.... Will that exemption be counted for the grp also in my next attempt ? Assuming grp 2 marks r same in my next attempt, and audit if i get 40 - will my entire grp passes? I am confused a bit, need clarification for the same plz..

We do not exactly know the grace marks. But if your score was around 38, it might have been 40
