Ascertaining preconditions for the audit, will be the responsibility of whom? Management or auditor
latest answer
As per SA 210 Management is responsible for ascertaining preconditions for an audit. Auditor is responsible to ensure those preconditions are present before accepting audit engagement.

As per module an unpaid seller losses his right of stoppage when the transit comes to an end but in ques 3 on pg 2.68 ram sells bales... The ans is he can stop which is totally contrary to the 5th pt mentioned on 2.59 refer pic Plz anyone help me in understanding it with some valid ND practical points...
latest answer
In Ques 3, transit is still on for 100 bales sent by Railway as buyer has not taken delivery of goods. So, for those 100 bales Ram can exercise right of stoppage. 5th point on page 2.59 is slightly wrong. Below is what Sec 51 in law contains: Where part delivery of the goods has been made to the buyer or his agent in that behalf, the remainder of the goods may be stopped in transit, unless such part delivery has been given in such circumstances as to show an agreement to give up possession of the whole of the goods.
