1.if esi pf is not deducted then will we disallow entire salary expenditure?? 2.if deducted pf and not deducting pf will still entire salary gets disallowed??

If he has not deducted then he would liable for interest & also penalty in some cases

Why crr created with 33750... Equity share are issued of nominal value of 33750 then crr should be 31250 (65000-33750)
