Sir in sec 6(1A) in residential status they said that the person whose income is more than 15L he will be deemed resident he doesn't tax anywhere in globe. The if the person's income is less than 15L what to do sir?

Sir. Eg: charge should be registered by 30/06 but registered on 30/08 Should 30/06 shall be counted for calculating no of days for payment of fees?
