105. (1) Any member of a company entitled to attend and vote at a meeting of the company shall be entitled to appoint another person as a proxy to attend and vote at the meeting on his behalf: Provided further that, unless the articles of a company otherwise provide, this sub-section shall not apply in the case of a company not having a share capital: Doubt:- If AOA permits proxy in any special cases... then proxy can attend the meeting In such case, on what basis voting will be given to him? i.e. he will be given only one vote or more than one vote based on guaranteed amount?

AS-4 EXAPLIN THIS. Accounting treatment for contingent losses and gains...( attached below)
latest answer
In case it is likely that contingency would result in the loss of the business, then itâ??s prudent to account for such loss in the financial statements. A Contingent gain isnâ??t recognized in the financial statements as their recognition could result in recognition of revenue that might never be realized.
