Sir what is this Approximation method? Why no explanation is provided in the module? When to use it? If possible please provide explanation video
latest answer
Coupon Rate is 15%. Which means for Rs. 100 invested you get an interest of Rs. 15. However market rate of interest is 16%. So for every Rs. 100 invested investor wants Rs. 16 as return. Expected return is Rs. 16 for Rs. 100 investment. If Return is Rs. 15, the investor would invest = 100 x 15/16 = Rs. 93.75

Give an example for this 2(b) point for understanding
latest answer
Let's assume for XYZ Pvt Ltd., paid up capital in Balance Sheet Rs.10 lakhs and Borrowings from Banks Rs.30 Lakhs. For XYZ Pvt. Ltd. to enjoy no limit on deposits from members, its borrowings should be less than [Rs. 20 lakhs i.e. twice the paid up capital or Rs. 50 crores whichever is less] which implies, borrowings should be less than 20 lakhs. But it is not the case here.
