What is the reason for including "tax @ 100% of income in excess of Rs. 5 crore" while calculating marginal relief??

As per new amendement 150% deduction reduced to 100% for contribution to Scientific research,sec 35ccc, 35ccd. Is this amendement are effect from 01.04.2021 onwards? So if questions give such transaction for the year ended 31st march 2021, shall i ignore new amendement?

Indian Citizen/person of Indian origin having total income other than from foreign sources, exceeding 15,00,000 rupees during the previous year, He will be a resident if he stayed in India for a period of 120 days or more. He will be a Resident But Not Ordinarily Resident(RNOR) if his stay doesn't exceeded 182 days. Is that mean if he stayed in India for more than 182 he will be an ROR? OR for becoming ROR he need to satisfy both additional condition? 2 in 10 & 730 in 7

In case of company limited by guarantee hear what is the meaning of contributing towards the Assets of company

At the time of winding up, assets of the company are used to pay off debts, liabilities, expenses. So the statement simply means members in case of company limited by guarantee, will pay the undertaken amount to the company that will be added to company's assets.

Is the difference between registered office clause and domicile clause

No difference, it's same. Domicile clause is normally used because memorandum of association just contains the name of the State where registered office will be situated.
