How to increase the authorized capital of a company. Which form is to submit to ROC. And can raise the same amount to the companies current account within how many days? The authorised capital is raised as cash if any problem? Or it's raised through the bank only?

If an assessee comes under sec.44AB(Tax Audit), is his monthly house rent is crossing the threshold limit for deduction for TDS limit. He is applicable to deduct TDS? If the rent paid on business purpose, I know Sec.194A Applicable. It's monthly house rent is applicable for TDS?

Will the deduction be allowed for the total amount of contribution made even if it is higher than the prescribed amount In case of RPF - Normal contribution -12%..if contribution made in excess of 12% also can be claimed as deduction?
